I am head of a very busy, expanding matrimonial department. Typing has always been a major issue within the department and despite having a strong team of support staff there has always been a backlog of typing. For several years now we have been approached by various organisations offering outsourced typing. I have always been extremely sceptical of how the outsourcing of typing would work, and concerned that the introduction of this system would create more problems than it would solve.
Concerns regarding the implementation of this system and how it would work in practice were never addressed by the other organisations that had approached us. From the outset with Accuro I felt extremely confident. I raised various concerns that I had with regards to the implementation and day to day practical working of such a system with Accuro's management and staff. From the very beginning they fully grasped and understood the workings of our department and reassured us with regards to any concerns that we had.
It was evident from the beginning that they would make their systems adaptable to the systems that we already had in place to ensure that their system enhanced our working day.
We decided to give Accuro a trial run within the matrimonial department. We expected there to be teething problems however, due to the support of the Accuro team I can truly say that the problems were minimal, if anything. They very sensibly suggested that we trial the system for a week and then members of the team would come out to talk to us regarding any issues and ensuring that the system could be fully utilised and provide us with the maximum support possible. Any suggestions that we have made with regards to the system have been implemented within 24 hours with subtle ease.
We use the BigHand digital dictation system and Accuro have liaised with BigHand directly themselves to overcome any technical issues so that these issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
Within a couple of weeks we took the decision to roll Accuro out to the whole of our firm. The use of Accuro has ensured that we are now on top of all of our typing, that we have a support system in place if any of our staff are off due to sickness or annual leave which ensures that we can provide an excellent consistent service to all of our clients.
My only wish is that we had installed Accuro several years ago.
Whilst we are extremely happy with the way in which Accuro is working now I also have confidence that in the future as our firm expands, Accuro will work with us to ensure that we continue to gain the maximum from their service.
All of their staff are approachable, helpful and extremely efficient. The typing is of an extremely high standard and there are very rarely any amendments that are required to the work that is carried out.
