Langland Care Home was moving all of its operations onto a new digital management system, away from an entirely paper-based legacy setup. This required the manual scanning and conversion of paper documents into the new system for over 30 residents. The work had to be completed accurately, so that no important resident data was missed, and quickly – with documents scanned, uploaded and manually migrated fast enough to avoid any gaps in information during the migration period.
