The challenge:

Warrington and Halton NHS Foundation Trust was facing a significant challenge: a growing backlog of dictations across several critical departments, including Child Health, Respiratory, ENT, and Gynaecology. The backlog was primarily due to an ongoing transition from Winscribe to BigHand digital dictation software, which had put additional strain on the Trust’s internal resources.
